Srinagar, April 8 -- Hypertension, commonly referred to as high blood pressure, is rapidly emerging as a global epidemic and represents the most prevalent non-communicable cardiovascular disorder worldwide. According to recent data from the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 1.28 billion adults aged 30-79 years are affected globally.
