Budgam, Feb. 23 -- Deputy Commissioner Budgam, Dr Bilal Mohi-Ud-Din Bhat, on Monday inaugurated a newly installed Hybrid Learning System at Boys Higher Secondary School (BHSS) Kanir, aimed at strengthening technology-enabled and inclusive education in the district.
On the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner also delivered an academic lecture to students on the periodic table and semiconductors. The lecture, conducted through the hybrid platform, demonstrated the system's interactive learning capability and encouraged scientific understanding among students.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by the Chief Planning Officer, Chief Education Officer and other officials along with faculty members of the institution.
