Srinagar, May 16 -- The High Court of J&K and Ladakh has upheld the preventive detention of an alleged Over Ground Worker (OGW) "linked to banned terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT)", while also ruling that the adapted provisions of the Jammu & Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA) remain legally valid after the 2019 reorganisation of the erstwhile State.
