SRINAGAR, June 19 -- MLA Pampore Justice Hasnain Masoodi has urged Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary to facilitate the opening of the Pampore-Khanda sector of the Ring Road for public movement to mitigate traffic congestion and ease commuter hardship.
The request comes in the wake of repair and maintenance work on the Nowgam Bypass Bridge, which has led to heavy traffic congestion and inconvenience for commuters travelling along the route.
