Srinagar, April 4 -- Oil Marketing Companies on Friday said that adequate stocks of petrol, diesel and LPG are available across Jammu and Kashmir and urged consumers not to indulge in panic buying.

According to Himanshu Sharma, the stock position of Motor Spirit and High-Speed Diesel remains normal across the Union Territory, with OMC depots and retail outlets maintaining sufficient inventory for uninterrupted supply.

He said LPG stocks at bottling plants are also comfortable and are being maintained in accordance with prescribed norms, with regular replenishment underway.
