SRINAGAR, July 3 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch has filed a chargesheet against four persons for allegedly securing government jobs in the Health Department using fake and forged educational certificates.

The chargesheet, filed in FIR No. 16/2014 under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the RPC, was presented before the Court of the Forest Magistrate, Srinagar.

According to the EOW, the accused are Shuja Jeelani of Chanapora, Srinagar, Mohd Iqbal of Lal Nagar, Chanapora, Srinagar, Nisar Ahmad Wani of Malwari, Pulwama, and Riyaz Ahmad Shah of Midoora, Awantipora, Pulwama.
