SRINAGAR, Oct. 3 -- The Meteorological Centre Srinagar on Friday forecast generally dry weather across Jammu and Kashmir till October 5, with light rain and snowfall over higher reaches expected from October 6 onwards.

According to the forecast, weather conditions are likely to remain generally dry from October 2 to 5.

From October 6 to 8, the region is expected to witness partly to generally cloudy weather, accompanied by light rain, light snowfall over higher reaches, thunder and gusty winds at a few places.

The MeT department has predicted a further deterioration in weather conditions from October 9 to 10, with generally cloudy skies and light to moderate rain, light snowfall over higher reaches, thunder and gusty winds at scattered...
