Srinagar, July 29 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg on Wednesday reviewed the progress of compassionate appointment cases, public and migrant grievance redressal, revenue appeals, implementation of the SVAMITA scheme and pending land transfer proposals across the Valley.
At a meeting with Deputy Commissioners, Garg directed district administrations to expedite the processing of pending compassionate appointment cases in coordination with the concerned authorities and finalise the list of eligible beneficiaries at the earliest.
He also instructed Deputy Commissioners to ensure time-bound disposal of pending public and migrant grievances, emphasising prompt and effective redressal.
