SRINAGAR, Sept. 13 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir Anshul Garg on Saturday directed officials to remove key bottlenecks delaying the Srinagar Ring Road Phase-II and Phase-IIA projects, setting deadlines for land handover, demolition of obstructing structures and other pending works to accelerate execution.

Chairing a review meeting attended by officials from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), district administration, Traffic Police and line departments, Garg took stock of the hurdles affecting progress on the ambitious road project.
