Jammu, April 14 -- Director Information Shreya Singhal on Sunday felicitated the winners of the 'Talent Vista - Poster Making and Slogan Writing Competition on Nasha Mukt Abhiyaan' at the Media Complex in Jammu.

Addressing the participants on the occasion, Singhal congratulated the winners and appreciated all participants for their creativity and commitment towards the social cause.
