SRINAGAR, June 24 -- Several deputations, public representatives and legislators on Tuesday met Minister for Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Transport, Information Technology, Science and Technology, Youth Services and Sports, Satish Sharma, and highlighted a range of public issues and developmental concerns from their respective areas.
A deputation from Kulingam in Kupwara raised issues related to the Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, augmentation of sports infrastructure, improvement of transport facilities and execution of various developmental works. The members sought the Minister's intervention to improve public service delivery and expedite development projects in the area.
