Srinagar, Oct. 1 -- Several delegations and public representatives called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Thursday and discussed issues related to community welfare, development projects and employee concerns.
Maulana Yasoob Abbas, General Secretary and spokesperson of the All India Shia Personal Law Board, met the Lieutenant Governor along with former minister Molvi Imran Reza Ansari. During the meeting, they discussed various welfare issues concerning the community. Abbas also thanked the administration for facilitating the smooth conduct of Muharram processions.
