Delegations call on LG, discuss Budgam issues, cultural initiatives
Srinagar, July 8 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Tuesday met separate delegations and individuals who apprised him of various public, developmental and cultural initiatives.
According to an official statement, a delegation of the Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Front (PDF), led by its president and former minister Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen, raised several issues concerning Budgam district, including reopening of Tosamaidan, allowing night halts for tourists at Doodhpathri, reopening of the Bugroo-Raithan-Mujpathri-Doodhpathri road and improvement of water supply in the Humhama area.
