SRINAGAR, April 18 -- Akshay Labroo on Saturday reviewed the progress of flood management projects and embankment strengthening works being undertaken to enhance flood resilience along the River Jhelum in Srinagar district.
The review meeting was held at the DC Office complex and attended by senior officers of the district administration, the Irrigation and Flood Control Department, SDRF and other agencies.
Among those present were Masroor Ahmad Mir, Mir Imtiyaz-ul-Aziz, Aadil Fareed, Fayaz Ahmad Dar, Ambreen Anjum and Suhail-ul-Islam.
