KULGAM, March 3 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Shahzad Alam, today conducted an extensive inspection of several key government offices across the district, including the Employment & Counselling Centre, Tehsil Office Kulgam, and various district and tehsil libraries and reading rooms.
During his visit to the Employment & Counselling Centre, the Deputy Commissioner directed the concerned officers to establish a Self Business Development Unit (SBDU) Cell within the campus to strengthen self-employment opportunities and facilitate aspiring entrepreneurs.
