BUDGAM, Oct. 22 -- Deputy Commissioner Budgam Jatin Kishore on Thursday reviewed 3,518 works under the District Capex Budget 2026-27, directing officials to expedite pending estimates, tendering and execution to meet physical and financial targets.

The block-wise review covered tendering, allotments, ongoing works and pending estimates across sectors, along with projects under the Rural Development Department's Constituency Development Fund.

Kishore directed officers to clear pending estimates without delay, speed up tendering and ensure timely execution of approved works while maintaining quality standards.
