JAMMU, Jan. 31 -- Drugs & Food Control Organization has intercepted and seized a huge consignment of Habit-forming drugs (15,000 Unit Doses worth Rs 5,57,500/-) being pushed in J&K through Courier service.
The seizure included 10,000 capsules of Pregabalin-300 and 5,000 tablets of Tapentadol-100, which were being transported through a private courier service clandestinely.
The exercise was carried out by Drugs Control Officer, Poonch Vikas Sharma under the overall supervision of Assistant Drugs Controller, Rajouri/Poonch Archana Mujoo and with the active cooperation of the Courier Service Provider.
