Srinagar, July 21 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Monday reviewed the proposed framework for establishing a Union Territory-level Project Monitoring Group (UT-PMG) to accelerate implementation of major infrastructure projects in Jammu and Kashmir.

During a meeting in New Delhi with senior officials of the Project Monitoring Group (PMG) under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India, Dulloo discussed setting up the UT-level mechanism on the lines of the Central PMG to strengthen project monitoring and address implementation bottlenecks.
