SRINAGAR, June 2 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today reviewed the preparedness of the Industries and Commerce Department for participation in the Government of India's flagship Bharat Audyogik Vikas Yojana (BHAVYA), a national initiative aimed at developing world-class plug-and-play industrial parks across the country to promote industrial growth, attract investments and generate employment opportunities.

The meeting was attended by Commissioner Secretary, Industries & Commerce; Directors of Industries for Kashmir and Jammu; Managing Directors of SIDCO and SICOP; and other concerned officers of the department.
