Srinagar, Aug. 21 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Thursday launched an online Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) Portal aimed at digitising and expediting the promotion process for government employees across Jammu and Kashmir.

The portal was launched during a review meeting of the Administrative Reforms, Inspections and Trainings Department, where the Chief Secretary assessed progress on recruitment rules, cadre restructuring, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) issues, and the functioning of the J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) and Government Press.
