Srinagar, June 10 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Tuesday directed departments to ensure complete saturation of beneficiary-oriented schemes across Jammu and Kashmir by proactively reaching out to eligible citizens and strengthening public awareness campaigns.

The directions were issued during a high-level review meeting attended by administrative secretaries to assess the implementation and coverage of various welfare schemes being executed by different departments across the Union Territory.
