SRINAGAR, Sept. 2 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of the Crime Branch has filed a chargesheet in a land-grabbing fraud case before a court in Srinagar, officials said on Tuesday.
The chargesheet in FIR No. 08/2016, registered under Sections 420/511, 167, 471 and 120-B of the Ranbir Penal Code (RPC), was filed before the Court of the Sub-Judge, Srinagar, against Mushtaq Ahmad Malik, son of Ghulam Ahmad Malik and a resident of Barapather, Haft Chinar, Srinagar, and a former Patwari who has since died.
