SRINAGAR, June 24 -- A meeting of the Committee on Petitions of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held on Tuesday at the Assembly Secretariat under the chairmanship of MLA Peerzada Farooq Ahmad Shah.

The meeting was attended by committee members Mir Mohammad Fayaz, Javaid Riyaz (Bedar), Sheikh Ahsan Ahmad (Pardesi) and Shagun Parihar. Additional Chief Secretary, Power Development Department, Ashwini Kumar, Commissioner Secretary, Housing and Urban Development Department, Mandeep Kaur, and other concerned officers were also present.
