Jammu, Nov. 2 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Sunday highlighted his government's development and governance initiatives across Jammu and Kashmir, saying the administration had maintained a focus on public outreach, infrastructure development and delivery of essential services during the year.

In a post on the official handle of the Office of the Chief Minister, Abdullah said government offices would reopen in Jammu on Monday following the annual Darbar Move and described the year so far as one marked by efforts towards responsive, inclusive and people-centric governance.
