Srinagar, June 3 -- Chief Minister Omar Abdullah today chaired the 9th Governing Body meeting of the Royal Springs Golf Course (RSGC) at SKICC, where a comprehensive review of the functioning, infrastructure, finances and future development plans of the premier golfing destination was undertaken, an official press release informed.
