Srinagar, July 29 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Wednesday reviewed the progress of 908 infrastructure projects worth Rs.4,303.08 crore being implemented across Jammu and Kashmir under various tranches of the Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) with financial assistance from the National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD).
Chairing a meeting of the High-Powered Committee constituted to monitor RIDF projects, the Chief Secretary directed departments to maintain a shelf of projects complete with administrative approval and technical sanction so they can be submitted to NABARD immediately after a new RIDF tranche is opened or sanctioned.
