Srinagar, July 11 -- Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo on Friday reviewed the implementation of major Centrally Sponsored Schemes (CSS) and flagship infrastructure projects across Jammu and Kashmir, directing departments to ensure timely completion of projects and saturation of eligible beneficiaries under welfare schemes.

Chairing a review meeting of Administrative Secretaries, Dulloo assessed the physical and financial progress of schemes across sectors, including education, health, power, digital connectivity, rural and urban development, housing, social welfare, finance, tourism, skill development, water supply, transport, fisheries and infrastructure.
