Srinagar, July 10 -- The announcement of a National Centre of Excellence in Sports in Jammu and Kashmir is more than infrastructure. For decades, young athletes from the Valley have been forced to chase their dreams outside their homeland, battling inadequate facilities and fragmented training systems. This new centre changes that narrative.
