BASOHLI, Sept. 27 -- Several prominent cartoonists from across the country will participate in Basohli Utsav 2026, scheduled to be held from October 19 to 21 in Kathua district, organisers said.

The festival's cartoon segment will feature artists including Sagar Kumar from Chhattisgarh, Subhani from Telangana, Manoj Kuril and Madhav Joshi, along with cartoonists from Jammu and Kashmir such as Manoj Chopra, Chander Shekhar and Shah Tariq.

According to organisers, the participating artists will conduct live cartoon-making sessions, workshops and exhibitions during the three-day event.
