SRINAGAR, Sept. 20 -- Jammu and Kashmir Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president and Rajya Sabha member Sat Sharma on Sunday reviewed the party's organisational activities in Kashmir and called for stronger grassroots outreach during a meeting in Srinagar.

The meeting, held at the party office in Church Lane, was attended by BJP vice-president Dr Shehnaz Ganie, general secretaries Mohammad Anwar Khan and Gopal Mahajan, along with office-bearers, spokespersons, district presidents and leaders of various party wings.

According to the BJP, the review focused on the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan, a month-long campaign being conducted from September 17 to October 17 in connection with Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.
