Srinagar, July 18 -- Jammu and Kashmir BJP president and Member of Parliament Sat Sharma and Leader of Opposition Sunil Sharma on Friday reviewed preparations for the party's proposed Secretariat Gherao March scheduled to be held in Srinagar on July 20.

The review meeting, held at the party office in Church Lane, Srinagar, was attended by state office-bearers, district presidents, district prabharis and morcha presidents. The leaders assessed organisational arrangements, coordination among party units, mobilisation of workers and logistical preparations for the proposed march.

According to the BJP, the march will begin from Ghanta Ghar at Lal Chowk and proceed towards the Civil Secretariat as a peaceful protest. The party said the demon...
