Baramulla, July 11 -- The District Administration Baramulla conducted a three-day field outreach programme under the Vibrant Villages Programme-II (VVP-II), during which district-level officers undertook mandatory 24-hour stays in 18 identified border villages to assess development works and public service delivery.
According to an official statement, the initiative was undertaken on the directions of Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, S.F. Hamid, to enable senior officers to interact directly with residents and obtain first-hand feedback on developmental needs and implementation of government schemes.
