SRINAGAR, Sept. 30 -- Leader of Opposition (LoP) Sunil Sharma on Wednesday termed the recently concluded seven-day Autumn Session of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly as "unfortunate," alleging that the government failed to address issues affecting various sections of society.

Addressing a press conference in Srinagar on the final day of the session, Sharma said employees, including daily wagers, National Health Mission (NHM) workers, contractual staff, National Youth Corps (NYC) members, ASHA workers and Anganwadi workers, had expected the government to respond to their concerns during the session.
