SRINAGAR, Sept. 30 -- The Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly will hold a detailed discussion on the shortage of essential construction materials across the Union Territory during its next session, Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather said on Wednesday.

The announcement came after several legislators raised concerns during the concluding proceedings of the Autumn Session over the non-availability of construction materials and its impact on development works and construction activities in different parts of Jammu and Kashmir.
