Assembly panel flags delay in Health Department service rules, seeks accountability
Srinagar, July 7 -- The Committee on Subordinate Legislation of the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday reviewed the subordinate legislation and service rules governing employees of the Health and Medical Education Department, expressing concern over prolonged delays in finalising several rules affecting employees' service conditions.
The meeting was chaired by Muzaffar Iqbal Khan and attended by committee members Hilal Akbar Lone, Peerzada Feroze Ahmad, Khursheed Ahmad Sheikh and Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi.
