ANANTNAG, Sept. 4 -- Several districts registered victories on Thursday as the Inter-District Provincial-Level (IDPL) Girls Cricket Tournament, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports (YSS), continued at various venues across Anantnag district.

At Chowgund Ground, hosts Anantnag defeated Pulwama by 13 runs. Batting first, Anantnag scored 95 for 2, with Saima Jan making 31 off 24 balls and Muqadas Jan contributing 29 off 26 deliveries. Pulwama replied with 82 for 6, as Arooba Jan scored 24 and Jasiya Jan added 16. Yasoob Rashid and Maleeha Zahid claimed two wickets each for Anantnag, while Yasoob Rashid was named Player of the Match.
