PAHALGAM, July 4 -- Additional Chief Secretary, Jal Shakti Department, Shaleen Kabra, on Friday reviewed water supply infrastructure and flood mitigation measures along the Pahalgam axis of the ongoing Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra-2026, stressing proactive maintenance and coordinated efforts to ensure uninterrupted essential services.
During the tour, Kabra inspected key transit and base camps, including Chandanwari, Pissu Top, Zojibal, Sheshnag, Mahagunas Top, Poshpathri, Panjtarni, the Holy Cave and Baltal, to assess the operational readiness of water supply installations and review the progress of infrastructure works.
