Srinagar/Jammu, June 28 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Saturday trapped a Senior Assistant posted at the office of Inspector of Factories and Boilers, Labour Department, Jammu, in a bribery case, alleging that the official was accepting illegal gratification on behalf of another public servant.

The ACB registered FIR No. 04/2026 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) against Er. Ravinder Krundu, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), presently posted in the office of Inspector of Factories and Boilers, and Gurdass, Senior Assistant.
