Srinagar, Aug. 20 -- The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has registered a case against several former officials and private beneficiaries over alleged irregularities in granting building permissions and encroachment of government land in Rajbagh, Srinagar.

According to an ACB statement, FIR No. 10/2026 was registered after a Joint Surprise Check and subsequent verification into allegations of illegal construction of a multi-storey building in the flood basin/fringe area of the River Jhelum.
