On March 13, "White paper on Development Cooperation-Japan's International Cooperation" was published.
Every year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan publishes a White Paper on Development Cooperation. The Paper summarizes Japan's policies on development cooperation by issues and regions as well as its achievements over the course of the year.
The 2025 edition of the White Paper on Development Cooperation reviews the journey of the Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteers, which marked its 60th anniversary last year.
