Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ERI's Visit to the United States and Suriname

TOKYO, May 16 -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan issued the following news release:

From May 17 to May 23, Ms. ERI Arfiya, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, will visit the United States and Suriname.

In the United States, Parliamentary Vice-Minister ERI is scheduled to travel to New York to attend the final week of the 11th Review Conference of the Parties to the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT), and make every effort to engage in consultations with and outreach to NPT States Parties toward the finalization of a outcome document.
