Outcomes of the Tenth Global Conference of the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI‑10)
The Ministry of the Environment (MOE) of Japan is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Tenth Global Conference of the International Partnership for the Satoyama Initiative (IPSI‑10), held from March 3 to 5, 2026 in Riobamba, the Republic of Ecuador. The Conference brought together policymakers, researchers, Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs), and practitioners to advance global efforts toward the sustainable management of socio‑ecological production landscapes and seascapes (SEPLS).
