JPO PROVIDED IPOPHL EXAMINERS WITH FACE-TO-FACE EXAMINATION PRACTICE TRAINING PROGRAM

TOKYO, July 10 -- Japan Patent Office issued the following news:

The Japan Patent Office (JPO) provided a five-day face-to-face Examination Practice Training Program for the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) patent examiners from June 29 to July 3, 2026. At IPOPHL's request, the program covered International Search and International Preliminary Examination practices, as well as patent examination practices in the field of healthcare informatics.
