Exchange of Notes concerning Grant Aid to Kenya "the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship"

TOKYO, May 3 -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan issued the following news release:

On May 3 (same day local time), H.E. Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan and H.E. Hon. Dr. Musalia MUDAVADI, EGH, Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs of Kenya, signed and exchanged notes for the Grant Aid "the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship" (grant amount up to 261 million yen) in Kenya.
