1.The Ministry of the Environment (MOE), Japan, International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) and Green Climate Fund (GCF), co-organized the "Small Island Developing States (SIDS) Decarbonization and Environment Forum 2026" on February 19 and 20, 2025.
