Mumbai, Oct. 7 -- The solution is designed to reduce incident response times and give engineers the foundation to run AI workloads reliably

New Relic, the intelligent observability platform, has unveiled Infrastructure 360, a solution designed to give platform engineering, infrastructure and operations teams complete visibility into cloud resources, dependencies and configuration changes. The launch aims to cut incident response times and provide the operational foundation needed to run artificial intelligence (AI) workloads with confidence.

Built on New Relic's existing infrastructure observability capabilities, Infrastructure 360 adds a dedicated user interface (UI) and deeper insights. It addresses the four pillars of modern engineering-velocity, reliability, cost and security-which have become harder to manage as AI workloads scale at unprecedented speed and complexity.

Unmonitored edits and silent configuration drift are now among the biggest risks, with half of major production outages traced to untracked infrastructure changes. Infrastructure 360 consolidates visibility, helping engineers quickly identify what changed, correlate updates with performance issues, and close monitoring gaps.

The platform automatically discovers Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure resources, highlights missing metrics coverage, and maps dependencies across applications, Kubernetes clusters, networks, load balancers and gateways. Engineers can use the Configuration Explorer to view property-level before-and-after differences, instantly linking performance spikes to recent deployments.

"Unlike legacy monitoring platforms that force engineers to stitch together host data across fragmented silos, New Relic consolidates infrastructure, applications and logs into a single unified database," said Michael Frendo, Chief Technology Officer, New Relic. "Infrastructure 360 tracks configuration changes and deep cross-stack dependencies in real time, eliminating blind spots and enabling stable, predictable AI operations."

Key features include agentless scanning of AWS and Azure accounts, proactive remediation of observability blind spots, and automatic capture of infrastructure change events across service configurations and Kubernetes object manifests. The solution also integrates with New Relic Autopilot, a set of automated site reliability engineering (SRE) agents that investigate and help fix incidents using real-time data.

Infrastructure 360 will be available to New Relic customers in public preview from October 13.
