Lesotho, Oct. 28 -- Women in Butha-Buthe have been urged to break traditional gender stereotypes and pursue leadership positions as the BAM Group Foundation (BGF) intensifies efforts to increase women's participation in politics and decision-making.

The call was made during a two-day training under the Race for Parliament initiative, part of the WYDE Women's Leadership Project supported by UN Women and funded by the European Union. Held under the theme "60 for 60", the programme equips women with knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to participate meaningfully in politics.
