Lesotho, Jan. 21 -- Running a food processing business may look simple from the outside, with neatly packaged products on shelves or at local markets. But behind every bottle, packet, or jar is a lot of hard work, careful planning, and discipline.
To help aspiring entrepreneurs understand what it takes, Informative Newspaper spoke to Makutloano Majoro, founder of Food Fantasy, who shared the realities of running a food processing business in Lesotho.
Majoro explained that production begins long before the products reach the shelves. "A typical production day is not as easy as the products look once packaged," she said.
