Lesotho, Nov. 4 -- The Lesotho Nursing Council (LNC) is set to commemorate its 60th anniversary with a tree-planting ceremony scheduled for November 11, 2026, at the Council's offices in Masowe 3, Maseru.

The event forms part of the Council's Diamond Jubilee celebrations, marking six decades of nursing and midwifery regulation in Lesotho under the theme of excellence, compassion, competence and commitment.

According to the invitation, the ceremony is expected to bring together nursing stakeholders, health professionals and members of the media in a symbolic initiative promoting environmental sustainability and a healthier future.
