Lesotho, Oct. 14 -- Limkokwing University of Creative Technology (LUCT) has called for greater awareness of mental health and suicide prevention among young people, urging students to speak openly about their struggles and seek help when needed.

The call was made during a mental health awareness event held at the university's Multi-Purpose Hall on Friday, organized by the Department of Student Affairs under the theme "Let's Talk, Let's Heal, Let's Grow."

The event was aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, encourage help-seeking behavior and create a supportive environment where students can talk and heal.
